Coordinator 4

The Coordinator 4 role is responsible for managing and supervising staff and individuals in assigned group homes, ensuring compliance with CQL, QA, and Licensure requirements through regular home visits and documentation. The position involves overseeing vital consents, collaborating with the Case Management department, and providing training and support to staff on individual service plans and medication management. This role also requires participation in on-call rotations and assisting with staffing needs as necessary.
