Coordinator, Community Partnerships and Events

The Coordinator, Community Partnerships and Events supports the Urban Youth Academy's mission to empower Kansas City's urban youth through baseball and softball by managing community partnerships, outreach, and event coordination. This role serves as the primary contact for community partnerships, builds relationships with schools, nonprofits, and businesses, and coordinates events to increase program awareness and participation. The position collaborates across departments to drive community engagement, manage event logistics, and support youth recruitment efforts.
