Trainee - Player Development

The Kansas City Royals are seeking entry-level trainees to work within player development, collaborating with baseball operations staff, coordinators, and coaches at minor league affiliates and the Arizona complex. Trainees will operate and implement baseball technology, oversee video and data collection, and support coaching staff throughout the minor league season. This role provides hands-on experience and exposure to all aspects of player development.
