The Development Coordinator supports the Data Services Senior Manager in maintaining MALT's donor database, BlackBaud Raiser’s Edge, ensuring accurate and complete records of all gifts, acknowledgments, and donor interactions. The role involves processing and acknowledging gifts for over 3,000 annual donors using AI-assisted workflows, while also managing event communications, RSVPs, and attendee research. This position requires a critical thinker who can analyze data patterns, solve problems, and contribute to fundraising operations and community engagement efforts.
