Director, Finance & Administration

The Director, Finance & Administration at MALT leads the organization's financial strategy, administrative operations, and infrastructure to support its mission of protecting Marin County agricultural land. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role oversees a small team while managing broad responsibilities including budget planning, grants administration, internal controls, and technology systems. As a senior leader on the organization's Leadership Team, the director ensures organizational sustainability and provides critical support to the Board of Directors.
