The Internship Recruiter sources and places bilingual Korean-English candidates into internships, manages the hiring process, ensures legal compliance, and supports intern-employer relations and onboarding. The role involves collaborating with client companies to understand staffing requirements, conducting interviews in English and Korean, and building a network of potential candidates. The Coordinator also acts as a liaison between internship trainees and employers, providing guidance on employee relations and supporting international recruits' assimilation into the U.S. workforce.
