About this role
The Coordinator, Payroll is responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll processing and administration for Compass Pathways' UK and US employee populations. The role coordinates payroll input collection and validation and serves as a liaison between the People Team, Finance, external payroll providers and employees to ensure compliance with payroll legislation and SOX controls. The position is based in London (Hybrid) and reports to the Sr. Manager, Payroll and Equity Administration.
