District Momentum
The Coordinator, Venue Programs & Administration leads employee engagement, recognition, and appreciation initiatives for Capital One Arena staff while providing administrative and project coordination support for venue-wide programs. This role manages the CREATE Committee, develops wellness and recognition programs, plans employee events, and tracks metrics and budgets to continuously improve the employee experience.
