The Coordinator for the Needs-Led Pathway plays a pivotal role in supporting families across Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire by managing the clinical pathway from initial contact to final review. This fully remote position ensures a positive, predictable, and respectful experience for children, young people, and their families by coordinating appointments, facilitating communication, and maintaining accurate records. The role focuses on delivering accessible neurodevelopmental and mental health services in partnership with Sirona Care & Health.
