This role supports Zip's growth and capital allocation decisions by evaluating and executing high-impact acquisitions, investments, and strategic opportunities. The position involves leading transaction execution, origination, financial modeling, due diligence, and preparing board-grade materials while working directly with the Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer. It is a remote-first opportunity for US-based employees with the option to work in-person out of the Manhattan office.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day execution of corporate development activities including M&A and strategic investments
Build and own investment and transaction models using DCF, returns/IRR, and accretion/dilution methods
Run commercial and financial diligence workstreams end-to-end including market sizing and synergy assessment
