Corporate IT Engineer

The Corporate IT Support Engineer provides first-line technical support to Ingo employees, managing laptops, accounts, collaboration tools, and office technology within a PCI DSS and SOC 2 governed environment. The role involves troubleshooting connectivity issues, supporting Azure Virtual Desktop and RingCentral services, and managing identity and access in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID. This position requires strong customer service skills, adherence to security procedures, and collaboration with Infrastructure and Information Security teams.
