The M&A Legal Counsel will be part of Novonesis’s Corporate Legal and M&A team supporting the company’s acquisition and strategic growth agenda. The role is global in scope, working closely with internal functions and external advisors to advance transaction activity. Location is flexible, preferably at one of the company’s global offices, with limited international travel.
