Correctional Sergeant III (S)

This role provides first-line supervision to Correctional Officer III's within a close-custody male facility, reporting directly to a Correctional Lieutenant III or Housing Unit Manager. The position is responsible for overseeing officer activities, managing facility security, and ensuring the custody, security, and welfare of offenders are maintained. It involves coordinating work schedules, conducting searches, responding to emergencies, and managing the facility as the Officer-in-Charge when necessary.
