About this role

Altus Group is seeking a Cost Analyst for its Development Advisory business unit in downtown Toronto. The analyst will support cost consulting services by performing quantity surveying tasks, assisting with pre‑contract estimating, and conducting site visits and market research. The role offers exposure to a variety of project sectors, including residential, infrastructure, and commercial developments.

Responsibilities

Assist senior staff with pre‑contract estimate development
Perform quantity takeoffs and construction estimating using CostX and BlueBeam
Conduct site visits and prepare cost and budget reports
