COTI Recovery Peer Advocate

The COTI Recovery Peer Advocate provides peer support services to clients with substance use disorders, functioning as a role model and consumer advocate under the supervision of the Program Manager. This position focuses on assisting peers in regaining independence and mastering their recovery process, with special emphasis on community networking and supporting individuals in crisis or early stages of change. The role involves active participation in care teams, crisis intervention, and maintaining accurate documentation to track client progress.
