Councillor's Assistant

This role leads and coordinates day-to-day constituency case management, legislative and policy research, scheduling, and administrative processes for a City Councillor's office. The position involves managing constituent inquiries, supporting legislative functions, and facilitating public engagement and community outreach activities. The incumbent works with considerable independence to support the Councillor's established priorities and escalate high-risk matters as needed.
