Counsel based in Authentic’s Shanghai office supporting APAC Business Development and Brand Management teams on fashion, entertainment, and media licensing matters. The role focuses on IP licensing and advising on legal positions that balance commercial objectives with risk mitigation. You will report to the Senior Counsel - APAC and be an integrated member of the company’s legal team.
