Counsel, Corporate Development

The Counsel, Corporate Development role at U.S. Soccer supports inorganic growth initiatives by leading mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments. This position provides legal structuring, negotiation, and due diligence for corporate transactions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive value creation and manage risk. The role reports to the Deputy General Counsel and may be based in-person at the National Training Center in Fayetteville, Georgia, or remotely with occasional travel.
