Counselor

The Counselor provides direct support and guidance to patients in a treatment setting to enhance the quality of care and promote engagement. This role involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate recovery-oriented activities, de-escalate treatment barriers, and ensure continuity of care. The position requires conducting one-on-one sessions, facilitating groups, and documenting patient interactions while adhering to the RCA Care Model.
