Mainspring Recovery is seeking a dedicated Counselor or Counselor Supervisee to join its residential treatment team in Triangle, VA. This full-time role focuses on facilitating clinical and psychoeducational groups, conducting recovery-oriented individual sessions, and completing intake assessments for adults in early recovery. The position supports clients in building insight, skills, and accountability while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Mainspring Recovery is a state-licensed and CARF-accredited drug and alcohol rehab center serving Virginia, with locations in Northern Virginia (Dumfries, Triangle, Harrisonburg) and Central Virginia (Lynchburg). They offer a full continuum of care including medical detox, high- and low-intensity residential treatment, and a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), all grounded in evidence-based, clinician-led practices. Medicaid and Medicare are accepted, with 24/7 support available.
