Mainspring Recovery
The Residential Aide ensures a safe, structured, and supportive environment for clients in a residential addiction recovery setting. This role involves continuous client care, supervision, and role modeling, while monitoring the therapeutic milieu and responding to crises as needed. The position also includes transporting clients to outside activities and appointments, and providing life skills education.
Mainspring Recovery is a state-licensed and CARF-accredited drug and alcohol rehab center serving Virginia, with locations in Northern Virginia (Dumfries, Triangle, Harrisonburg) and Central Virginia (Lynchburg). They offer a full continuum of care including medical detox, high- and low-intensity residential treatment, and a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), all grounded in evidence-based, clinician-led practices. Medicaid and Medicare are accepted, with 24/7 support available.
