Courtroom Clerk

Under the direction of the Court Services Manager or Supervisor, the Courtroom Clerk serves as clerk to a Judge or Commissioner in the Superior Court, preparing minutes of proceedings and performing complex clerical work to support courtroom activities. The role ensures the efficient operation of the courtroom by managing case files, maintaining confidentiality, and coordinating with various court units. This position requires a high level of accuracy and discretion in handling legal documents and court proceedings.
