Deputy Marshal

The Deputy Marshal serves as a sworn, journey-level law enforcement officer responsible for executing court warrants, maintaining courtroom order as a Bailiff, and ensuring the security of prisoners and court facilities. The role involves performing general law enforcement duties, transporting inmates, managing jury panels, and acting as a first responder or backup officer as needed. This position requires sound judgment and proficiency in both courtroom bailiff duties and perimeter security operations.
