HPE seeks a seasoned Coveo Solution Architect to design and implement AI-powered search and personalization solutions that transform digital support experiences. This onsite role involves building scalable data-driven architectures, optimizing Coveo integrations with enterprise systems, and leading end-to-end project delivery from requirements to go-live. The expert will collaborate with engineering and business teams to embed intelligent technology into customer interactions, driving automation and self-service capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design and build Coveo-powered AI solutions including data models and user experience components.
Develop and optimize integrations with Salesforce, reporting dashboards, and data pipelines.
Apply SEO and ML concepts to improve search relevance and customer experience outcomes.
Lead end-to-end project activities covering requirements, design, configuration, and go-live.
Evaluate technology landscapes and architect scalable solutions for complex business needs.
