Coverage Specialist

The Coverage Specialist provides real-time staffing support across New Narrative Residential Programs by responding to last-minute coverage needs and serving as a resource for staff. This direct service role involves performing the same duties as a Residential Support Specialist, including providing hands-on support to residents, facilitating group activities, and ensuring facility operations and safety. The position requires maintaining scheduled availability, reliable transportation, and the ability to adapt to different programs and environments.
