Creator Consultant

The Creator Agent is part of a new venture within Toptal focused on helping content creators grow their audiences and monetize their presence on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. The role works closely with leadership to build and refine the coaching model and operational foundations of the Creator Agent function. It combines strategic thinking, hands-on creator support, and development of scalable frameworks, playbooks, and training for future team members. This position is fully remote and requires working with creators across the Americas time zone.
