About this role
The Credentialing Associate reports to the Credentialing Lead and supports all credentialing operations to ensure providers are successfully enrolled and maintained across payer contracts. The role works cross-functionally with RCM, Payer Ops, Clinical Ops, and Customer Experience to scale processes, build NCQA-compliant monitoring programs, and implement SOPs. This is a full-time role open to NYC-based or remote candidates and focuses on improving operational workflows and provider experiences.
