About this role
The Credentialing Manager will lead Alma’s healthcare credentialing and compliance efforts, ensuring audit readiness and adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements for delegated credentialing. This role owns the Compliance Scorecard, manages payer audit cycles, and drives initiatives to improve RCM efficiency and reduce claim denials. The manager partners cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, and RCM teams, oversees CVO and internal partners, and contributes as a hands-on operator when necessary.
