Crew Boss

The Crew Boss coordinates, supervises, and transports inmates participating in the Inmate Work Program, ensuring safety, security, and productivity while performing public service and maintenance projects throughout Boulder County. This role involves managing inmate labor crews, maintaining accountability for assigned personnel and equipment, and enforcing program policies to support government agencies and non-profit organizations.
