Crew Operations Support

This role supports day-to-day flight operations by ensuring crew receive timely assistance across attendance, welfare, travel, and operational queries. It plays a central part in maintaining efficiency and helping frontline teams stay focused on delivering safe, reliable service. The position manages crew support activity across a 24/7 operation, handling inquiries linked to sickness, emergencies, rosters, accommodations, transportation, uniforms, documentation, and welfare matters. Working closely with operational teams, the role also supports attendance tracking, anomaly reporting, fatigue-related matters, and scheduling disruptions.
