Onboarding Coordinator

This role supports the delivery of a smooth and well-organized onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring documentation, system access, and joining arrangements are prepared accurately and on time. The position involves coordinating with Talent Acquisition, IT, Facilities, and hiring managers to keep new employees on track for their start dates. It also includes preparing onboarding materials, maintaining HR records, and contributing to continuous improvement through metrics and feedback.
