Crew Supervisor

The Crew Supervisor implements the mission of the LA Conservation Corps by leading a team of 5-12 program participants in conservation and service projects. This role involves supervising work crews, providing training and mentorship to at-risk youth, and ensuring safe and efficient project completion. The position requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills to support the educational and personal development of corpsmembers.
