Crisis Intervention Specialist

Under indirect supervision, this role provides psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and crisis intervention services in a high-intensity clinical environment. The position involves case management and supportive services for the disposition of cases, requiring a high degree of independent decision-making. The specialist assists with crisis interventions, behavioral and substance use disorder interventions, and the development of relapse prevention strategies. The role requires direct service in the community, focusing on consumer education, advocacy, and housing support.
