Crisis Intervention Support Specialist

The Crisis Intervention Support Specialist provides 24/7 phone and text-based crisis and suicide prevention services, along with referrals for child/elder abuse, domestic violence, and substance abuse. This full-time role requires active listening and de-escalation skills to assist callers in high-lethality situations and connect them with appropriate resources. The position is available in-office in the Reno/Sparks area or remotely for Nevada residents, with various shift options including graveyard, day, and swing.
