Crisis Services Counselor

This role provides crisis intervention services and evaluations for individuals in various settings, including jails, hospitals, and county offices. The position involves conducting mental health screenings, developing care plans, and initiating involuntary psychiatric holds when necessary. Incumbents are required to respond to crisis situations within one hour and may provide clinical supervision to unlicensed staff at the Level II classification.
