Crisis Stabilization Unit Support Specialist

This position provides goal-directed supports and solution-focused interventions to consumers with mental illness, focusing on compensating for functional deficits and addressing interpersonal or environmental barriers. The role involves assisting consumers during psychiatric crises and providing direct support, supervision, and cueing as medically necessary. Services are primarily delivered within the crisis stabilization unit at the Community Mental Health Center under the direction of senior clinical staff.
