Veteran's Peer Support Professional

The Veteran Peer Navigator serves as the primary point of engagement for Service Members, Veterans, and their Families, utilizing lived military experience and peer support principles to establish trust and reduce barriers to care. This role involves coordinating care between clients and service providers, assisting with accessing behavioral health, housing, employment, and other community-based services. The position promotes recovery and community integration through mentorship, advocacy, and ongoing engagement.
