Crisis Team Member

This role involves mentoring clients and participating in daily team staffing and treatment plans as part of a multidisciplinary Crisis Team. The position requires sharing personal experience with behavioral health services to promote hope and empowerment in treatment. The team member will assist with client follow-up, attend required meetings and trainings, and advocate for clients and families at local and state levels.
