The Peer Specialist provides non‑clinical support to adolescents and young adults experiencing early psychosis, using lived experience to foster hope, empowerment, and recovery. Working within the OnTrackNY multidisciplinary team, they engage participants, families, and community resources through outreach, relationship building, group facilitation, and collaborative treatment planning.
