About this role

The Critical Facilities Manager oversees all aspects of data center management and operations to ensure 100% availability and reliability. This role is responsible for leading on-site teams, managing the physical infrastructure, and serving as the primary facilities point of contact for customers. It includes operational governance, financial oversight, and adherence to company standards, safety regulations, and customer SLAs. The position also drives process improvement, documentation accuracy, and seamless transitions from construction to operations for new sites.
