The CRO & Growth Specialist is responsible for owning and improving the web conversion funnel across the Valuation & Property Services ecosystem. The role focuses on monitoring site performance, identifying friction points, and running structured experiments to increase lead generation and maintain strong conversion rates. This position serves as the primary owner of the CRO roadmap, conversion metrics, and optimization strategy, partnering with product marketing, UX, engineering, and demand generation teams. It is a hands-on, analytics-driven role centered on using data to enhance user experience and funnel performance.
