Cross-disciplinary Controls Group Manager

Senior leader responsible for end-to-end oversight, design, implementation, and execution of controls across multiple control capabilities (e.g., MCA, QA, monitoring, testing, issue management, and governance reporting). The role leads a large team and ensures adherence to the Enterprise Risk Management framework, Citi policies, and regulatory expectations while enabling consistent risk and controls reporting. It supports strategic control enhancements, governance committees, and senior management decision-making.
