Culinary Externship (Savory & Pastry)

This paid externship program is designed for culinary students seeking an understanding of a fine-dining experience focused on Japanese cuisine. The role provides exposure to all culinary operations at the restaurant, requiring students to commit to a rotation of culinary operations and their school agreement. Participants will organize and prioritize daily responsibilities to ensure timely completion while maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment.
