The Culinary Services Director oversees the day-to-day operations of the culinary services department, ensuring resident satisfaction through nutritious and well-plated food options. This role involves planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of culinary services while maintaining high quality and excellent service practices. The position requires hiring, training, and mentoring associates, adhering to HACCP protocols, and managing budgets. Occasional weekend coverage as Manager on Duty is also required.
