Cultural Navigator (FT) - Collaborative Service Delivery

The Indigenous Cultural Navigator provides holistic, client-centered care for Indigenous children, youth, and families within the Collaborative Service Delivery Program. This role involves gathering family information, documenting support, developing cultural plans, and facilitating access to traditional teachings, ceremonies, and healing resources. The position acts as a cultural resource to promote reconciliation and connection with Indigenous communities and Elders.
