Culture & Engagement Partner

The Culture & Engagement Partner plays a critical role in strengthening organizational culture, employee engagement, and employee experience across Sonatype. This role partners closely with People leaders, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and scale initiatives that reinforce the company’s mission, values, and ways of working. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, analytical, and action-oriented People professional who can translate employee insights into measurable improvements in engagement, team effectiveness, communication, and workplace culture.
