Customer Account Executive

The Customer Account Executive at Archipelago is responsible for expanding and preserving the company's customer base by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new enterprise SaaS deals within the commercial property and casualty insurance market. The role involves developing a channel pipeline with key partners, conducting discovery demos, managing contracts, and collaborating cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams. Travel to client sites and in‑person meetings is required, and the position is based in the New York or San Francisco metro areas.
