Customer Care Specialist

Horizon Farm Credit is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling phone and email inquiries, processing service requests, and supporting digital banking users. The role involves assisting with payment processing, account maintenance, and administrative tasks to support branch operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position is eligible to work up to two days at home per month and requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
