Customer Care Specialist

The Customer Care Specialist serves as the primary contact for assigned customers, managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process and coordinating order fulfillment, deliveries, and supply chain arrangements. The role involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate documentation in SAP or ERP systems, and supporting forecasting and planning activities across Indonesia. This position requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely order processing and high customer satisfaction.
