Customer Care

This role provides post-sale technical and non-technical customer service and support across multiple sub-families for business and end-consumer customers. Responsibilities include handling remote customer service inquiries via phone, chat, or text, and managing distribution center customer service tasks such as product returns and repairs. The position requires basic knowledge of job procedures and the ability to work under moderate supervision to resolve routine to moderately complex issues.
